Kerry's professional and efficient approach to selling our house was outstanding. The house sold very quickly and we were very happy with the price too. We thought the advertising done and pictures used were very effective. We couldn't have wished for better service-before and after the sale.

She was friendly from the moment I stepped in the door at the Coffs Harbour office. She not only wanted to know about the houes, but was keen to get to know us. All the other agents were simply interested in finding out about the house, but Kate wanted to kow who we were, why we're selling, what our plans were etc. This was a refreshing change from the norm and because of this we felt she understood our expectations.
We appreciated the manner in which she managed our expectations as they were a little inflated compared to what the market would tolerate. Mind you, she then blew us away with securing a sale within four days of the listing and at a higher price than anticipated.

They offered constructive advice about the sale of the property. The advertising, both in the paper amd on the Internet did justice to the property and attracted the potential buyers. The regular communication was a strong feature of the sale process. A company with integrity and strong client focus.
